You have 14 calender days to return an item from the date you received it.  You must retain proof of purchase to be eligable.  A credit will be issued to use on a future purchase. 

 

Please note a refund will not be issued, however if an item is faulty or damaged when you receive it, a replacement will happily be issued.

 

YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE DAMAGED PARCEL IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT.

 

We do not accept returns for change of mind.
